Inventory Services
We compile very detailed reports on the items, descriptions and conditions of properties. The lists are intricately in-depth and are used as contracts between the tenant and landlord to ensure that tenants do not lose their deposits, and that landlords’ investments are well protected.

Our main aim is to provide our Landlords with a 1-stop shop for all types of property maintenance. This not only includes Annual Safety Checks but also Emergency, and ‘Not So’ Emergency Call Outs.
Energy Performance Certificate (E.P.C.)
An EPC is the reaction to the EU's Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (January 2003) requiring a reduction in the CO2 emissions of buildings. It’s a means of recording a building's energy efficiency (measured in C02 emissions) on a colour-coded scale from A-G. EPCs are to be accompanied by a recommendation report containing cost effective recommendations to improve the building's energy rating, although there is no obligation to comply with these.
